Celebrity: Theo Paphitis
Businessman Theo Paphitis is best recognised from the cult BBC show Dragons Den.

Theo started his career at the age of 16 as a tea boy/filing clerk with Lloyds of London insurance brokers before making his first foray into retail at the age of 18. At the age of 20 he moved into finance - property and corporate, specialising in turnarounds, setting up his own company at the age of 23.

In the following years he purchased and turned around ailing companies like Movie Media Sports, Rymans the Stationer, Contessa and La Senza lingerie chains, and Partners the Stationer. He has turned these companies into successful, solid and profitable retail businesses.

During this time, he spent eight years as Chairman of Milwall FC, taking it out of administration, into the Championship and to the FA Cup Final. He was also a Director of the Football League and an FA Councillor. This has been followed by his appearance as a Dragon on the successful BBC TV series, Dragons' Den and his most recent acquisition - experience company, Red Letter Days.

Trainer: Amy Hatcher
Amy has been a practising animal behaviourist for nearly six years and built a successful behaviour practice based mainly in West Sussex and covering areas of Surrey, Kent and Hampshire. Amy has been fortunate enough to obtain a huge variety of skills training dogs for various disciplines as well as correcting behavioural problems, whilst still only 25 years old. She has spent several months training Assistance dogs for wheelchair users and has trained search and rescue dogs for the police for four years. She successfully turned her own rogue Battersea dog into a reliable search and rescue dog. Amy has additionally trained dogs to compete at a high level in the agility, flyball and obedience fields. She currently focuses principally on canine behaviour and the correction and avoidance of all behavioural problems, although she is capable of training dogs in all disciplines. Amy also trains and handles her own Border Collie as a working Sheepdog and at competitve obedience and performanced-based demonstrations.
